Activities

The Fort Collins Eyeopeners Kiwanis Club is small enough to allow each member to pursue smaller projects of individual interest, yet large enough to allow each member to complete major projects. The club is always very open to new ideas and projects. Following are some of the Club's activities:

Fund Raising: Oktoberfest

Projects: VCR and movies provided to nursing homes; Donate blood to PVH Blood Bank; Prepare and serve meals at the Mission; Christmas Party for underprivileged children, Toys for Tots project, Special Olympics; Benches for the bike trail system; Work with the Boy Scouts; Salvation Army bell ringing; Projects for the Parks Department; Sponsor Circle K club at Colorado State University; Children's Hospital in Denver; Plus other projects and donations as requested.

Fellowship: Summer Picnic for members and families; Interclubing; District and International Conventions; Training Conferences; Golf Tournaments; Officer Installation and Awards Banquet; Governor's Visit; and socials with guests.
